Bauskas novada pašvaldības iestāde „Bauskas apvienības pārvalde”, reģistrācijas Nr. 50900038281, izsludina atklātu konkursu uz Nekustamā īpašuma nodaļas nekustamā īpašuma speciālista amata vakanci (profesijas kods 3334 09; atbildībā esošā teritorija – Brunavas, Ceraukstes un Īslīces pagasts)Prasības amata pretendentiem/-ēm:

  • ​vidējā profesionālā vai augstākā izglītība inženiertehniskajā, zemes ierīcības, nekustamā īpašuma apsaimniekošanas jomā;
  • amatam atbilstoša profesionālā pieredze – vismaz 1 gads darbā ar nekustamā īpašuma pārvaldību, nomu, zemes ierīcību, kadastru, mērniecību vai teritorijas plānošanu;
  • valsts valodas zināšanas augstākā līmeņa 1. pakāpē (C1);
  • normatīvo aktu pārzināšana nekustamā īpašuma un teritorijas plānošanas jomā;
  • labas datorprasmes un prasme strādāt ar biroja tehniku;
  • spēja patstāvīgi organizēt darbu, labas komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmes;
  • B kategorijas transportlīdzekļa vadītāja apliecība.

Priekšrocības:

  • pieredze pašvaldībai piederošo un piekrītošo nekustamo īpašumu administrēšanā;
  • pieredze darbā ar nekustamā īpašuma jomas informācijas sistēmām (piemēram, Kadastra informācijas sistēma, Zemesgrāmata, TAPIS, ĢIS rīki, NINO).

Galvenie darba pienākumi:

  • administrēt pašvaldībai piederošo un piekrītošo nekustamo īpašumu racionālu un lietderīgu izmantošanu, uzturēt nekustamo īpašumu un nomas uzskaites datubāzes;
  • nodrošināt iznomājamo nekustamo īpašumu publicitāti, apsekot iznomātos īpašumus dabā un kontrolēt to izmantošanu atbilstoši lietošanas mērķim;
  • pieņemt un konsultēt apmeklētājus par teritorijas plānojuma īstenošanu, nekustamo īpašumu lietošanu, sadalīšanu, apvienošanu, iznomāšanu, nosaukumu, adrešu un lietošanas mērķu piešķiršanu;
  • sagatavot izziņas, lēmumu projektus, līgumu projektus un to grafiskos pielikumus par nekustamo īpašumu formēšanu, sadalīšanu, apvienošanu, atsavināšanu un n
