Support projects involving purchasing, inventory tracking, supplier performance, material planning, and production readiness. Help develop AI tools for tasks such as document processing, information retrieval, data analysis, and workflow assistance. Evaluate AI-generated results for accuracy and implement appropriate validation and human review. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, database queries, and system integrations. Assist with ERP/MRP data cleanup, reporting, and approved system improvements. Troubleshoot software issues and provide basic IT support in coordination with internal IT staff or service providers. Document code, configurations, and user instructions; assist with training and adoption. Follow company requirements for cybersecurity, access controls, and handling sensitive information. Use company-approved AI tools and follow restrictions on entering proprietary or export-controlled information.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or a related field. Entry-level programming experience demonstrated through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional work. Working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java. Basic understanding of SQL, relational databases, APIs, and data handling. Familiarity with version control, debugging, and software testing. Basic understanding of AI tools and their capabilities, limitations, and practical business uses. Ability to break down problems, follow technical direction, and learn unfamiliar systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical colleagues. Attention to detail and a willingness to document, test, and improve work. Must meet the U.S. person eligibility requirement described below.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience developing business applications, automation, or AI tools. Experience using AI APIs, large language models, or document-processing tools. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
