  • Develop and implement technical solutions that support margin improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and manufacturing performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process enhancements that improve product quality, reduce costs, and strengthen manufacturing capabilities.
  • Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, standard operating procedures, technical standards, operating manuals, and validation-related records.
  • Support equipment qualification and validation activities to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and equipment performance data to optimize process control, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement objectives.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while effectively managing deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of validation processes, quality systems, and change control practices within regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
