VOTRE PROCHAIN POSTE

Le monteur ou peintre gère de façon autonome un équipement de production afin de fabriquer des produits conformes suivant les objectifs : SECURITE, ENVIRONNEMENT, QUALITE, COUT ET DELAI. Il est garant de la fabrication composants ou sous-ensembles suivant le standard défini dans le mode opératoire. Il doit également garantir au client le niveau qualité défini dans les normes et règlements applicables.

VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Répondre en tout point à la roue des valeurs HILLROM/BAXTER : Réactivité, Résultats, Intégrité, Respect, Collaboration
  • Appliquer les standards
  • Respecter les consignes de sécurité, remonter les near miss et les suivre
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer le 5S au quotidien, sur son poste de travail et en dehors
  • Être force de propositions d’amélioration via les fiches PDCA en vue d’améliorer la performance du secteur
  • Identifier les non-conformes et les isoler dans la zone définie
  • Vérifier, positionner et fixer les éléments de l’assemblage
  • Contrôler la qualité et isoler les non-conformités
  • Renseigner les supports qualité et de suivi de production/réalisation
  • Être garant de sa polyvalence dans son secteur et en-dehors

Sécurité, Environnement et Energie :

  • Connaître les impacts de son activité ou de son comportement sur la Sécurité, l’Environnement et la performance énergétique.
  • Respecter les règles établies en matière de Sécurité, de protection de l’Environnement et de réduction de consommation énergétique et connaître les répercussions d’un non-respect de celles-ci.
  • Se responsabiliser pour sa propre contribution à l’atteinte des objectifs en Sécurité, Environnement et performance énergétique.
  • Signaler immédiatement les risques et les comportements à risques pouvant avoir un impact sur la Sécurité, Environnement et la performance énergétique.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Niveau d’étude CAP/BEP ou expérience dans le domaine de l’industrie
  • Comprendre l’activité et capacité à faire face à l’incertitude
  • Avoir une perspective globale
  • Rigueur, autonomie, responsabilité, solidarité.
  • Maîtrise des opérations
  • Capacité à établir des priorités
  • Être orienté client
  • Recherche de résultat et capacité à analyser les performances

Rythme de travail : 2X8 soit 5h-13h / 13h-22h en horaire de journée.
