Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and patient care. You will play an essential role in supporting clinic operations and ensuring each client’s experience is seamless from consultation to treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each client
  • Assist doctors and therapists during aesthetic or laser procedures (as trained)
  • Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative duties
  • Maintain inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and clinic hygiene standards
  • Support marketing or promotional activities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum [O-Level / Diploma / Certificate] in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or related field
  • Prior experience in a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks
  • Willingness to learn about skincare, laser, and aesthetic procedures
