Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

  • Springfield, MO + surrounding areas PPV [pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - Nurse to schedule visits accordingly No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at the Springfield office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • 1yr of paid RN or LPN experience
  • Current CPR certification
