Our Fayetteville Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the areas of Fayetteville and Lumberton.

Schedule:

  • Both day and overnight opportunities are available
  • Full-time and part-time options available
  • Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay:

  • Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)
  • $250 Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

  • Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
  • Hands-on care with only one client per day
  • Building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like at BAYADA:

  • Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
  • One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
