Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Aufsicht, Ordnungsdiensttätigkeiten, Einlasskontrollen, Platzanweisung, Ticketverkauf, Begleitung eingeschränkter Gäste, Garderobendienst bei Veranstaltungen
  • Ordnungsdienstleitertätigkeit bei kleineren Veranstaltungen z.B. im Rossini-Saal und Kurkonzerten (Einhaltung der Haus- und Parkordnung, sowie der Versammlungsstätten-Verordnungen), Erstellen des Ordnungsdienstleiterprotokoll
  • Empfang, Begrüßung, Betreuung und Ansprechpartner vor Ort unserer Gäste/Besucher, Künstler, Tagungsteilnehmer bei Veranstaltungen, Begleitung von Führung durch die Räumlichkeiten
  • Vermitteln und Übernahme von Sicherheitsaufgaben und Ordnungsdiensttätigkeiten
  • Beherrschung der Sicherheitspositionen im Evakuierungsfall sowie Leitung der Gästeströme
  • Eigenständige Information über die handelnden Personen und ggf. unterstützen von Fremdfirmen
  • Aufbau, Abbau, Umbau, Vorbereiten, Überprüfung und Kontrolle der Bestuhlungen in den Räumlichkeiten, Bereitstellung von Equipment und Getränken bei Veranstaltungen
  • Übergabe der Präsente
  • Sicherheitsaufgaben im Rahmen der Tätigkeiten aktiv übernehmen und Gästen ggf. vermitteln
  • Betreuung technischer Anlagen (z. B. Umdrehen der Bühne in der Wandelhalle, Einrichtung und Überprüfung kleiner PA-Anlagen)
  • Schließdienst
