Haluatko yhdistää ihmisten johtamisen, tuotannon kehittämisen ja merkityksellisen työn lääketeollisuudessa?

Etsimme nyt Bayerin Turun tuotantolaitoksen IUS ja Formulations & Extrusions -osastoille vakituiseen Shift Team Lead (vuorotyönjohtaja) -tehtävään kahta henkilöä vastaamaan oman vuoronsa turvallisesta, laadukkaasta ja tehokkaasta toiminnasta.

TEHTÄVÄSI JA VASTUUALUEESI

• Toimit oman vuorosi työntekijöiden esihenkilönä ja tuet tiimiäsi päivittäisessä työssä

• Vastaat tuotanto-ohjelman toteutumisesta ja tuotannon hienosuunnittelusta yhteistyössä muiden työnjohtajien ja tuotannonsuunnittelun kanssa

• Varmistat turvallisuus-, laatu- ja GMP-ohjeiden noudattamisen tuotannon kaikissa tilanteissa

• Ennakoit tuotannon tarpeita ja mahdollisia häiriöitä sekä ratkot haasteita yhdessä tiimin ja tukitoimintojen kanssa

• Huolehdit henkilöstön osaamisesta, perehdyttämisestä ja tarvittavasta koulutuksesta

• Asetat työlle selkeät tavoitteet ja autat tiimiä keskittymään tuotannon kannalta tärkeimpiin asioihin

• Osallistut tuotannon, prosessien ja toimintatapojen jatkuvaan kehittämiseen

• Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä eri osastojen ja sidosryhmien kanssa

• Edustat omaa osastoasi kehityshankkeissa ja projekteissa

SINÄ

• Sinulla on jo kokemusta ja näyttöjä menestyksekkäästä esihenkilö-/työnjohdollisista tehtävistä

• Olet määrätietoinen ja kehittymishaluinen tiimipelaaja, joka saa henkilöstön sitoutumaan yhteisiin tavoitteisiin

• Hyvä yhteistyökyky, vuorovaikutus- ja sosiaaliset sekä ongelmanratkaisutaidot ovat välttämättömiä tehtävässä menestymiselle

• Sinulla on tehtävään soveltuva koulutus ja/tai työkokemuksen kautta kerrytetty valmius tehtävässä toimimiseen

• Toimiessamme vahvasti säädellyllä ja ohjeistetulla toimialalla pystyt omaksumaan ohjeiden ja määräysten sisällön ja viestit sekä kommunikoit sujuvasti suomen kielellä. Englannin kielitaidon luemme eduksi.

• Sinulla on valmius kolmivuorotyöhön

• Lisäksi arvostamme kokemusta GMP-ympäristöstä, Lean-menetelmistä ja tuotantoprosesseista

Turun tuotantolaitos on osa Bayerin globaalia lääkevalmistusorganisaatiota, missä keskitymme pitkävaikutteisten polymeeripohjaisten hormoniehkäisyvalmisteiden tuotantoon ja jakeluun.
