Baystate Health is seeking a Medical Interpreter to join our Interpreter & Translator Services team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our department plays a vital role in promoting equitable, patient-centered care by facilitating effective communication between patients and families with limited English proficiency (LEP) and English-speaking providers and members of the healthcare team. • Collaborate with fellow interpreters, departmental staff, and members of the healthcare team to ensure timely, reliable language assistance and provide clerical support as needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, ongoing professional development, and medical interpreter training while continuously expanding medical terminology knowledge in English and the target language.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
