Wir suchen für unsere Organisationseinheit Corporate Real Estate Management in München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) Immobilienvertragsmanagement & Bilanzierung (SAP RE-FX / IFRS 16)

Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre spannenden Aufgaben:

  • Systemische Erfassung und Verwaltung von externen Miet-, Erbbaurechts- und Gestattungsverträgen in SAP RE-FX
  • Durchführung und Qualitätssicherung der IFRS-16-Bewertung von Immobilienverträgen
  • Durchführung monatlicher Miet-, Bewertungs- und Abgrenzungsprozesse einschließlich Mietanpassungen und Indexläufen
  • Durchführung der internen Immobilienabrechnung an Segmente sowie Segmentierung des bilanziellen Immobilienvermögens
  • Unterstützung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen einschließlich Rückstellungen und bilanzieller Sonderthemen
  • Durchführung von Wertermittlungen und Analysen im Zusammenhang mit Sale-and-Leaseback-Transaktionen
  • Überwachung vertraglicher Fristen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Verpflichtungen
  • Erstellung fachlicher Auswertungen, Simulationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management, Fachbereiche, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Berater
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen
  • Wahrnehmung ausgewählter kaufmännischer Kontroll- und Freigabefunktionen im Rahmen von Vertretungsregelungen
  • Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung von Bau- und Investitionsrechnungen hinsichtlich steuerlicher Korrektheit, Projektzuordnung, Vollständigkeit und Einhaltung interner Freigabe- und Kontrollprozesse in OPERA

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz-, Immobilien- oder Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Immobilienvertragsmanagement sowie in immobilienbezogenen Finanz- und Bilanzierungsprozessen (insbesondere IFRS 16)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP RE-FX sowie sichere Kenntnisse in Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Hohe Affinität für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz sowie Offenheit für neue Anforderungen und Prozesse
