Im Bereich New Protein Solutions entwickeln wir neue Wertschöpfungsketten für pflanzliche Proteine – von der Landwirtschaft bis zur industriellen Anwendung. Gemeinsam gestalten wir nachhaltige Lösungen für die Zukunft der Agrar- und Lebensmittelwirtschaft.

Für unseren Bereich New Protein Solutions in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Senior Sales Manager New Protein Solutions (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für die Vermarktung und den Vertrieb pflanzlicher Rohstoffe und Protein-Ingredients
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der Marktanalyse bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Erschließung neuer Absatzkanäle und Geschäftspotenziale sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Vermarktungsstrategien
  • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Gewinnung neuer Kunden in der Lebensmittelindustrie und angrenzenden Branchen
  • Entwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Analyse von Markt-, Technologie- und Regulierungstrends zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftschancen
  • Führung von Preis-, Vertrags- und Kooperationsverhandlungen auf Entscheiderebene
  • Repräsentation der BayWa AG auf Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und in relevanten Netzwerken

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Key Account Management oder Business Development, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Ingredients, Lebensmittelzutaten oder vergleichbaren Produkten von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Markt- und Kundenverständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
