Werkstattleiter m/w/d

Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre spannenden Aufgaben:

  • Als Werkstattleiter führen Sie eine unserer Werkstätten mit mordernster Technik.
  • Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicher und führen die Werkstatt dadurch zu einem erfolgreichen Betriebsergebnis.
  • Sie unterstützen Ihr Team auch bei täglichen Aufgaben, wie z.B. bei der Reparaturannahme oder der Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und kontrollieren die auszuführenden Arbeiten.
  • Zudem sind Sie als Werkstattleiter vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei Garantiefragen und allen anderen Werkstattbelangen.
  • Sie geben Ihr Know-How an die Auszubildenden in der Werkstatt weiter und begleiten Sie bis zum Abschluss.
  • Fachmännisch unterstützen Sie als Werkstattleiter beim Verkauf und stehen unseren Kunden bei technischen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Als Werkstattleiter haben Sie die Meisterprüfung im Bereich Landmaschinen, Nutzfahrzeuge, KFZ oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Handwerk erfolgreich abgelegt.
  • Wenn Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Führung einer Werkstatt gesammelt haben, ist das perfekt. Auf jeden Fall beherrschen Sie die MS Office-Anwendungen und haben ein Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und motivieren Ihr Team zu Höchstleistungen.
  • Als Werkstattleiter packen Sie gerne mit an und überzeugen mit Ihrem souveränen Auftreten und Ihrer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung.
  • Sie behalten in jeder Situation den Überblick, und setzen sich für Ihre Ziele und auch für Ihre Kunden und Mitarbeiter ein.
