Über die Stelle

Zur Unterstützung unseres Business & Product Development Teams bei BayWa r.e. Energy Trading suchen wir ab sofort dich als Werkstudent:in in München.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du recherchierst, analysierst und bereitest aktuelle Entwicklungen im Strommarkt auf, z. B. zu Markt, Regulierung und Wettbewerb.
  • Du wirkst an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte in der Direktvermarktung von Erzeugungs- und Speicheranlagen (PV, Wind, BESS) mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Verbesserung interner Prozesse.
  • Du erstellst Kurzanalysen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Präsentationen für interne Stakeholder.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen, z. B. Trading, Portfoliomanagement und Vertrieb.
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in viele Bereiche des Energiehandels und unterstützt bei Ad-hoc-Analysen im Tagesgeschäft.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder einem anderen MINT-Studiengang eingeschrieben.
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Energiewirtschaft und hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt.
  • Du arbeitest gern selbstständig und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel und PowerPoint um. Kenntnisse in Python, SQL oder Power BI sind ein Plus.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
