Dein Job, du...

* unterstützt gemeinsam im Team Strategie & Transformation die Strategieumsetzung der ÖBB Infrastruktur AG.

* begleitest die Organisationseinheiten in der Transformation, insbesondere bei Änderungen in der Aufbau- bzw. Ablauforganisation.

* führst Organisationsanalysen durch und leitest entsprechende Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Organisationsveränderungen ein.

* arbeitest eng mit dem Top-Management zusammen und begleitest Team- & Kulturentwicklungsprojekte.

* leitest strategische Projekte mit Organisationsbezug und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten konkrete Ergebnisse werden und Veränderungen nachhaltig in der Organisation verankert werden.

Dein Profil, du...

* hast ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie) und/oder Organisationsentwicklung/Change Management erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

* verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Transformations- und Veränderungsvorhaben, idealerweise in einem komplexen Konzernumfeld.

* verfügst über fundiertes Wissen in Organisationsentwicklung, Change Management und systemischer Beratung. Methoden verstehst du dabei als Toolbox und setzt diese situationsgerecht, pragmatisch und zielorientiert ein.

* trittst sicher und offen auf, kommunizierst adressat:innengerecht und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick.

* verstehst es, Menschen und Organisationseinheiten mit unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und Anforderungen zu einem gemeinsamen Ziel zu führen

* bist es gewohnt, mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern in einer Organisation (Fachexpert:innen, mittleres Management, C-Level) produktiv zusammenzuarbeiten.

* zeichnest dich durch eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Umsetzungskompetenz aus und schaffen es, Vorhaben erfolgreich auf den Boden zu bringen.

* präsentierst und moderierst souverän, auch vor größeren Gruppen.

* Ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* ergänzt unser Team mit deiner Neugier, Offenheit und deinen Visionen.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Senior Spezialist:in Organisationsentwicklung" ist laut KV für Arbeitnehmer:innen der österreichischen Eisenbahnunternehmen ein Mindestentgelt von € 55.307,-- brutto/Jahr vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
