Enterprise Architect

Van dienstregeling tot cybersecurity: samen met het architectuurteam zorg je dat systemen werken én kloppen. Met visie geef je richting op het snijvlak van IT, OT en mobiliteit.

GVB staat voor grote digitale keuzes. Van een nieuw ERP-landschap tot realtimedata-architecturen en smart mobility. Als enterprise architect breng je samenhang tussen business, IT en OT en geef je samen met een ervaren architectuurteam richting aan deze complexe uitdagingen. Zo help je de organisatie koersvast te blijven in een wendbare, agile omgeving. Wat jij ontwerpt, beweegt letterlijk de stad.

Dit ga je doen

Je zorgt voor een toekomstbestendige enterprise-architectuur die business, IT en OT met elkaar verbindt. Strategische themas als assetmanagement, cloudadoptie, smart mobility, cybersecurity en NIS2 vertaal je naar robuuste architectuurrichtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met informatiemanagers, collega-architecten, business owners, product owners en agile teams. Zo zorg je dat strategie, portfolios en oplossingen op elkaar aansluiten en draag je bij aan organisatiebrede veranderprogrammas.

Op ketenniveau stel je architectuurprincipes op en ontwerp je samenhangende oplossingen, bijvoorbeeld voor reisinformatie en assetmanagement, en brengt samen met solution architecten de huidige en toekomstige architectuur overzichtelijk in kaart. Ook geef je richting aan initiatieven op roadmap- en portfolioniveau. Je versterkt onze architectuuraanpak (TOGAF en Novius) en past deze pragmatisch toe binnen onze agile omgeving. Daarbij stimuleer je het architectuurdenken in de organisatie en versterk je het eigenaarschap bij agile teams en stakeholders.

Dit neem je mee

Je vertaalt abstracte strategieën naar heldere adviezen, modellen en besluitvorming die écht werken in de praktijk. Daarbij beweeg je je gemakkelijk tussen bestuurders, experts en agile teams. Je overziet het speelveld, hebt oog voor politieke en bestuurlijke verhoudingen en communiceert helder, ook over complexe vraagstukken. Je weet anderen mee te nemen en verbindt visie aan wat er in de praktijk nodig is.

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als enterprise architect in een complexe organisatie
  • Ervaring met zowel IT als OT, of aantoonbare interesse in industriële technologie, zoals SCADA, IoT of embedded systemen
  • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in informatica, technische bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Ervaring met TOGAF en/of de Novius-architectuuraanpak, inclusief modelleren in ArchiMate
  • Ervaring met agile werken op schaal, bijvoorbeeld met SAFe
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

  • Een salaris tussen 5.638 en 7.423 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week (schaal 13). Inschaling vindt plaats op basis van opleiding en relevante werkervaring.

Jouw team

Je maakt deel uit van een professioneel agile architectuurgilde, waarin 15 solution architecten uit verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en 2 enterprise architecten intensief samenwerken. Samen vormen jullie het team Architectuur, onderdeel van de afdeling Informatiemanagement. De lijnen zijn kort, de samenwerking hecht en er is veel ruimte voor kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling.

Je werkt in een dynamische context, waarin je bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige digitale infrastructuur op het snijvlak van IT en OT. GVB kent een open, lerende cultuur waarin samenwerking en eigenaarschap voorop staan.
