Deine Aufgaben in KI und Automatisierung

  • Du erkennst, wo im Support und in der IT wiederkehrende Arbeit anfällt, und automatisierst sie mit KI\-Agenten, Skripten und Self\-Service\-Lösungen.
  • Du konzipierst, baust und betreibst KI\-Lösungen eigenständig, vom ersten Prototyp bis zum produktiven Einsatz, inklusive Tests, Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation.
  • Du bindest KI an unsere Systeme an, insbesondere an ServiceNow und Microsoft 365\.
  • Du entwickelst ein Konzept für den KI\-Einsatz in der IT, priorisierst die Vorhaben und setzt sie um. Der CIO verfolgt dieses Vorhaben direkt.
  • Du nimmst das IT\-Team mit: Du zeigst, was funktioniert, schulst Kolleginnen und Kollegen und hilfst ihnen, in ihrem eigenen Bereich zu automatisieren.
  • Du verfolgst neue Entwicklungen bei KI\-Agenten, Claude, Microsoft Copilot und Automatisierungsplattformen und prüfst, was davon für uns taugt.

Deine Aufgaben im Level 2 Support

  • Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Incidents und Service Requests, die die Gruppengesellschaften nicht selbst lösen können, vor allem in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online und ServiceNow.
  • Du klärst Benutzer\-, Gruppen\- und Berechtigungsfragen.
  • Du analysierst komplexe Fälle vor und bereitest sie für das Infrastructure Team auf.
  • Du stimmst dich mit den lokalen IT\-Verantwortlichen sowie mit internen und externen Spezialisten ab.
  • Du dokumentierst Lösungen so, dass andere oder ein KI\-Agent sie wiederverwenden können.

Du bringst mit

  • Du hast KI\-Lösungen oder KI\-Agenten bei einem bisherigen Arbeitgeber mitentwickelt und produktiv eingeführt und kannst zeigen, was sie bewirkt haben.
  • Du baust auch privat mit KI, zum Beispiel eigene Projekte, Prototypen oder Automatisierungen, und kannst davon erzählen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit KI\-Agenten, Prompt Engineering, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub und gängigen Automatisierungsplattformen. Skripten oder Programmieren gehört für dich dazu.
  • Du hast eine Informatikausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und Erfahrung im Level 2 Support oder IT\-Betrieb.
  • Du kennst Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online und die Berechtigungsverwaltung. Erfahrung mit ServiceNow ist ein Vorteil.
  • Du wartest nicht auf Aufträge. Wenn du siehst, dass sich etwas automatisieren lässt, baust du es und zeigst es.
  • Du willst deine eigene Routinearbeit abschaffen, um Zeit für Neues zu gewinnen.
  • Du übernimmst auch gewöhnliche Supportaufgaben, solange sie anfallen, und siehst darin das Material für die nächste Automatisierung.
  • Du sprichst stilsicher Deutsch und gut Englisch. Führerausweis Kategorie B und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen an anderen Standorten sind ein Vorteil.
