Role Summary

The Capital Partners (CP) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement Senior Analyst will support efforts to scale AI as a core operating capability across the Capital Partners business. Working under the leadership of the CP AI Design & Enablement & Adoption Lead, this role will support the rollout of CP's AI strategy by translating approved AI capabilities into practical, role-relevant guidance, learning materials, and adoption support. The role will help employees effectively integrate approved AI tools into their day-to-day work, ensuring usage is aligned with established business processes, responsible AI principles, and applicable governance requirements. This role will play a key part in coordinating working sessions, supporting program execution, managing follow-through across enablement activities, supporting AI onboarding, maintaining enablement and knowledge assets, gathering structured user feedback, and fostering sustained adoption and localized innovation.

1. AI Use Case Pilots and Deployment

  • Deliver role-relevant AI enablement through workshops, onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and self-service learning resources.
  • Translate approved AI capabilities, workflow patterns, and responsible-use expectations into simple guidance that employees can apply in daily work.
  • Coordinate enablement activities with product releases, communications, change plans, working sessions, and business-readiness milestones.
  • Help accelerate ROI-driven AI use cases, ensuring initiatives progress from pilot to production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure adoption efforts are coordinated with enablement, change, communication, and readiness plans.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools across CP teams, establishing a foundation for sustained adoption, behavioral change, and scalable processes.
  • Design and deliver practical, role-relevant AI enablement programs that help employees understand how and when to use AI within existing workflows.
  • Help maintain the Capital Partners AI Use Case Inventory
  • Support process mapping and future-state process design discussions, helping business partners identify where approved AI capabilities can improve workflow effectiveness, reduce friction, or support better business outcomes.

2. Knowledge Assets & Adoption Support

  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks, prompt patterns, quick-start guides, FAQs, examples, and onboarding materials using approved templates and terminology.
  • Partner with content owners and Knowledge Management to publish current, discoverable materials and retire outdated or duplicative guidance.
  • Provide first-line adoption support by answering common questions with approved materials, directing users to established resources, and escalating unresolved items.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, raise risks or delays early, and suggest practical options to keep enablement activities moving forward.

3. Feedback, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture adoption feedback, user questions, friction points, training needs, and content gaps using established intake and documentation methods.
  • Help compile insights and recurring themes to inform enablement updates, support plans, retrospectives, process improvements, and continuous improvement.
  • Use only approved tools, data sources, templates, and channels, and escalate suspected content, access, data-handling, or usage concerns through established processes.
  • Monitor usage and adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend course corrections based on business value and user experience.

Relevant Knowledge & Exposure

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive processes to completion.
  • Experience supporting enablement, training, change management, process improvement, or adoption of new tools.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, with attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to keep multiple activities on track.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing workstreams, manage shifting timelines, and follow through without losing detail.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, data concepts, business processes, and technology-enabled ways of working; deep technical AI expertise is not required.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, with the confidence to ask for help, escalate when work is off track, and suggest practical ways to resolve roadblocks.
  • Experience in regulated or complex environments preferred.
  • Skilled at facilitating discussions and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exposure to process mapping, workflow design or redesign, business analysis, or transformation initiatives is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
