Das bringst Du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Leitung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise in den Branchen Banken & Versicherungen
  • Methodische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Business-Analyse mit
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung, Programmierung und Datenbanken
  • Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

Deine Herausforderungen

  • Du berätst, gestaltest und führst eigenständig klassische & agile IT-Projekte unserer Kunden - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Management von Anforderungen gehören zu deinen Kernaufgaben, ebenso wie die Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und der Entwicklung
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme und -Prozesse
  • Du pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit & offene Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
