Functieomschrijving

Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Waardenburg zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze Junior Legal Counsel die het juridische team komt versterken.

Als Junior Legal Counsel bij Quintes speel je een belangrijke rol binnen ons juridische team. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met klachten en geschillen en ondersteunt de organisatie bij uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. Je onderzoekt complexe dossiers, beoordeelt aansprakelijkheidskwesties en helpt mee om oplossingen te vinden die juridisch sterk én praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, waardoor je de organisatie van binnenuit leert kennen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je intensieve begeleiding van medejuristen en volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat maakt jou succesvol?

Je komt terecht in een veelzijdige juridische functie waarin je dagelijks werkt aan vraagstukken die direct invloed hebben op onze klanten, collega's en dienstverlening. In deze rol:

  • Behandel je klachten en geschillen van A tot Z;
  • Analyseer je juridische dossiers en beoordeel je kansen, risico's en oplossingsrichtingen;
  • Ondersteun je bij aansprakelijkheidsvraagstukken en juridische procedures;
  • Stel je juridische correspondentie, standpunten en adviezen op;
  • Adviseer je collega's over juridische risico's en de juiste vervolgstappen;
  • Signaleer je ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaal je deze naar de praktijk;
  • Werk je samen met verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen, verzekeraars, juristen en externe adviseurs;
  • Draag je bij aan het verder verbeteren van processen, kwaliteit en risicobeheersing.

Je krijgt hierbij de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een juridisch professional met brede kennis van aansprakelijkheid, geschillenbehandeling, compliance en risicomanagement binnen de financiële dienstverlening.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken geen kandidaat die alles al weet. We zoeken iemand met juridische nieuwsgierigheid, eigenaarschap en de ambitie om uit te groeien tot een stevige juridische sparringpartner binnen de organisatie. Jij:

  • Beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten;
  • Bent analytisch sterk en weet snel tot de kern van een juridisch vraagstuk te komen;
  • Beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Werkt zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer dossiers complex worden;
  • Bent oplossingsgericht en kijkt verder dan alleen de juridische theorie;
  • Durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en initiatief te tonen;
  • Werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Hebt interesse in klachtenafhandeling, aansprakelijkheid en risicobeheersing.

Ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche of met klachtenafhandeling is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Jouw motivatie, juridische denkkracht en groeipotentieel vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.
