About the Role

We’re looking for a Lifestyle Curator & Growth Architect. A visionary who blends aesthetics with strategy, elegance with entrepreneurship, and functionality with soul. This role isn’t just a job. What You’ll Do

  • Grow the business through strategic decision-making.
  • Help develop customer experiences that feel luxurious, warm, and deeply human.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, creatives, and customers.
  • Support business development and day-to-day operations.
  • Work with real estate or property partners to explore creative retail.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement processes, and inventory strategies.
  • Curate and source products that align with our company’s aesthetic and values.
  • Operate with independence, taking initiative and making decisions without the need for constant guidance.
  • Report directly to the CEO, delivering clear, timely updates and actionable insights.
