¿Quieres liderar la protección de soluciones disruptivas asegurando que cada avance tecnológico se desarrolle sobre bases firmes y confiables? Formarás parte de la Dirección General de Engineering, colaborando en el diseño e integración de procesos y arquitecturas seguras dentro de iniciativas clave de inteligencia artificial. La posición cuenta con esquema de trabajo híbrido con sede en Parques BBVA, Ciudad de México.

¿Qué estamos buscando? Buscamos un perfil con sólida formación en áreas tecnológicas y al menos tres años de trayectoria en seguridad de la información o tecnología. La persona seleccionada aportará dominio en criptografía aplicada, seguridad en plataformas de nube, control de acceso y protocolos de protección en ecosistemas de inteligencia artificial. Se requiere visión preventiva, alto sentido de colaboración multidisciplinaria y capacidad para gestionar análisis de riesgos y marcos normativos en entornos altamente dinámicos, garantizando la continuidad operativa y la confidencialidad de la información.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Definirás los requerimientos de seguridad desde las fases iniciales de los proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Establecerás y documentarás los controles de seguridad necesarios para cada solución implementada.
  • Analizarás riesgos tecnológicos en nuevos desarrollos para prevenir vulnerabilidades de forma temprana.
  • Coordinarás con arquitectos y líderes técnicos la adecuada integración de medidas y protocolos de protección.
  • Implementarás el seguimiento a las recomendaciones y planes de remediación de vulnerabilidades.

  • Aprendizaje rápido y adaptación continua ante tecnologías y proyectos disruptivos de inteligencia artificial en constante evolución.
  • Gestión efectiva y tolerancia a la frustración frente a la exposición a asuntos centrales del banco y situaciones críticas operativas.

Requisitos

  • Indispensables:Licenciatura o Ingeniería en áreas tecnológicas (Informática, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afín).Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con seguridad de la información o tecnología.Fundamentos sólidos en criptografía aplicada (cifrado, firma, certificados).Experiencia en Cloud Security (Azure, AWS o GCP).Conocimiento de métodos de autenticación, autorización y control de acceso.Conocimientos en inteligencia artificial (Agentes, MCP, LLMs, seguridad en IA).Nivel de inglés B1.
  • Deseables:Maestría en Ciberseguridad o disciplinas afines.Certificaciones especializadas: CISM, CCSP, AWS Security, Azure SC-100 u homólogas.Conocimiento en cumplimiento normativo y estándares de seguridad (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).Familiaridad con prácticas de análisis de riesgos tecnológicos y amenazas.
