Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including advisory, actuarial consulting, capital management, ratings, corporate finance, investment banking, or insurance strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. life insurance industry, including statutory accounting and reporting, Risk-Based Capital (RBC), U.S. GAAP, insurance Rating Agency methodologies, and broader capital and balance sheet management considerations.
  • Proven track record advising insurance companies on strategic, capital, financing, rating, or risk management matters, with the ability to translate technical analysis into actionable client recommendations.
  • Demonstrated business development and client relationship management skills, with a strong commercial mindset and track record originating advisory mandates.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex advisory engagements, managing multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior professionals.
  • SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses or must obtain within 3 months of joining

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
