Descripción del Puesto ¿Te apasiona garantizar que la infraestructura tecnológica soporte el crecimiento del negocio sin interrupciones? En esta posición, analizarás, planificarás y controlarás los recursos de TI, asegurando que la infraestructura administrada cuente con la capacidad suficiente en procesadores y memoria para respaldar la creciente transaccionalidad y demanda de los clientes. La Dirección General de Engineering es pieza fundamental dentro de la organización del Grupo BBVA México; participamos como un solo equipo con las demás Direcciones Generales, aportando valor en la transformación de nuestro Banco y de nuestro Grupo, nuestra principal responsabilidad reside en desarrollar y operar soluciones tecnológicas y procesos seguros para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros clientes, ofrecer mejores productos y servicios y garantizar la continuidad operativa de nuestro banco.

¿Qué estamos buscando? Buscamos un perfil técnico con enfoque analítico capaz de evaluar críticamente las necesidades de infraestructura de los aplicativos. Deberás contar con experiencia en infraestructura tecnológica on-premise y nociones de programación para alinear las peticiones con la operación real. Tu capacidad para cuestionar requerimientos, pensar en grande y adaptarte continuamente permitirá dotar la infraestructura exacta, evitando recursos ociosos y garantizando el nivel de servicio ante el alto crecimiento del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Gestionarás los pronósticos de capacidad tecnológica analizando la volumetría para asegurar que los servidores cuenten con el rendimiento adecuado.
  • Analizarás críticamente las necesidades de infraestructura de los aplicativos para dotarlos de los recursos exactos, evitando excedentes ociosos.
  • Definirás lineamientos de proceso para asegurar el tratamiento correcto de los datos, logrando previsiones más asertivas.
  • Validarás el plan de crecimiento tecnológico para reservar el presupuesto necesario y planificar oportunamente las compras de equipos.
  • Alertarás sobre posibles desviaciones al contrastar los incrementos mensuales reales frente a la demanda proyectada por las áreas de negocio.

Retos del Puesto El principal reto consiste en analizar críticamente las necesidades técnicas solicitadas por los aplicativos para dotarles de la infraestructura exacta requerida, evitando recursos ociosos o excedentes innecesarios ante el crecimiento acelerado de transacciones en el banco.

RequisitosConocimientos

Obligatorios:

  • Infraestructura tecnológica on-premise (servidores físicos en sitio).
  • Conocimientos básicos de programación para el cálculo de requerimientos de espacio.

Conocimientos Deseables:

  • Plataformas y ecosistemas Cloud (AWS).
  • Metodologías Ágiles.
  • Manejo de Google Sheets y Google Data Studio.
  • Certificaciones ITIL V3 (Fundamentos, Service Improvement, Service Design).

Escolaridad:

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín (Indispensable).

Experiencia:

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de aplicaciones web o habilitación de infraestructura tecnológica.
