¿Qué estamos buscando?

Estamos buscando un perfil para integrarse a la unidad de Monitoring de BBVA Spark. Este rol es fundamental para la gestión de nuestra cartera, asegurando el seguimiento de métricas, el análisis de portfolio y la gestión proactiva de clientes en los diferentes Stage (1, 2 y 3), incluyendo procesos de reestructuración. El candidato trabajará en un entorno dinámico, interactuando con diversas áreas del banco (Admisión, Estructucturación, Riesgos Mayorista, Banqueros) y con actores externos clave (founders, accionistas,etc).

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Monitoreo de Cartera: Seguimiento constante de métricas globales, alertas tempranas (early warnings) y análisis de mercado.
  • Gestión de Covenants: Cálculo y réplica de covenants (seguimiento mensual/trimestral), asegurando precisión y oportunidad en la información.
  • Monitoreo de los clientes en Stage 1.
  • Gestión de clientes en Stage 2 y 3: Manejo de clientes en etapas avanzadas, incluyendo la ejecución de procesos de restructuring de operaciones.
  • Trazabilidad de Crédito: Asegurar el seguimiento end-to-end de las operaciones, desde la admisión hasta la recuperación.
  • Interacción con Stakeholders: Comunicación directa con directivos, accionistas y equipos internos del banco (admisión y banca corporativa).
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Conocimiento de políticas, procesos y procedimientos de riesgos internos del banco
  • Perfil Requerido: Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Economía, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines. Conocimientos Técnicos: Análisis e Interpretación de Estados Financieros. Capacidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos. Entendimiento general de la Norma IFRS9. Noción de riesgos y procesos de crédito. Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado (Indispensable) para interactuar en comités internacionales y con founders extranjeros. Habilidades: Capacidad de negociación, análisis crítico y actitud proactiva. Se valorará experiencia previa en interacción con compañías corporativas.
