¿Te apasiona resolver desafíos técnicos para garantizar la continuidad operativa de plataformas tecnológicas críticas? Como Programador/a de Soporte de Aplicaciones en Java, tu misión será la atención de incidencias de sistemas Java y APX presentadas en la operación diaria, asegurando el óptimo desempeño de los procesos y flujos asignados. Tu labor será fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) y la mejora continua del servicio. Te integrarás bajo un esquema de trabajo híbrido con sede física en Parques BBVA, Ciudad de México

¿Qué estamos buscando? Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo talento con una sólida formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o disciplinas afines, que cuente con experiencia comprobable en el soporte técnico y operativo de aplicaciones. Es fundamental que poseas un dominio intermedio de Java y herramientas del ecosistema, así como la capacidad analítica para diagnosticar y resolver incidencias tecnológicas desde la raíz. Valoramos profundamente tu destreza para el análisis detallado de logs y trazas de información. Deberás contar con disponibilidad para cubrir guardias operativas, manteniendo siempre una actitud proactiva, comunicación efectiva y una visión enfocada en que el cliente es lo primero

Principales Funciones

  • Atención y seguimiento de Incidentes de sistemas Java/APX
  • Realizar diagnósticos ágiles y en línea con áreas técnicas y aplicaciones dependientes
  • Realizar desarrollos bajo las políticas de generación de código y versionado aplicables en el área

Retos del Puesto

  • Atender incidencias operativas diarias garantizando el alto desempeño de los procesos para cumplir con los niveles de servicio establecidos.
  • Deberás solucionar problemas complejos mediante el análisis de información y participar en el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos tecnológicos, enfocándote en optimizaciones evolutivas mediante Service Kaizen.

Conocimientos Indispensables:

  • Java (intermedio)
  • Maven, Spring, Spark (intermedio)
  • Oracle, Elasticsearch, GitHub, Copilot y Jira (intermedio)
  • Inglés básico
  • Disponibilidad 24x7 (una guardia al mes o en turno nocturno como primer contacto)

Conocimientos Deseables: APX, REST y SOAP, JUnit, DBUnit, Mockito, JMeter, Mongo/Percona, Bruno/Postman y Consola Ether

Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o afín

Experiencia: 1 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas de soporte de sistemas
