Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener planes de prueba manuales y automatizados de alta calidad utilizando las mejores prácticas de QA.
  • Diseñar e implementar pruebas manuales detalladas, casos de prueba y matrices de trazabilidad en Jira con Zephyr.
  • Desarrollar, ejecutar y mantener frameworks de automatización de pruebas E2E en Cypress /Selenium / Playwrigth utilizando enfoque BDD con Cucumber.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas y manuales de APIs RESTful a través de Postman (creación de colecciones, scripts de prueba y entornos).
  • Colaborar de manera estrecha con equipos multifuncionales (desarrolladores, product owners, arquitectura) para definir criterios de aceptación y garantizar la cobertura de pruebas.
  • Reportar, documentar y dar seguimiento a defectos e incidentes en Jira, asegurando su resolución oportuna.
  • Integrar ejecuciones de pruebas automatizadas en pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
  • Documentar estrategias de prueba, resultados y procesos de QA de manera clara y concisa.

Cualificaciones

  • Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Sistemas o campo relacionado, o experiencia equivalente.
  • Experiencia profesional demostrable como Tester / QA Fullstack (pruebas manuales y automatizadas).
  • Dominio en la gestión de pruebas manuales y gestión de defectos utilizando Jira y Zephyr.
  • Experiencia sólida en automatización de pruebas UI/E2E utilizando Cypress /Selenium / Playwrigth con lenguaje JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experiencia práctica en metodologías BDD utilizando Cucumber (escritura de features y escenarios en Gherkin).
  • Dominio en pruebas de APIs RESTful utilizando Postman (uso de variables, scripts de pre-solicitud y tests automáticos).
  • Comprensión sólida de la arquitectura web, microservicios y consumo de APIs.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de control de versiones (Git).
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Conocimiento básico en integración de pruebas en pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Se valora experiencia en el sector financiero, procesamiento de pagos o Fintech.
