The posting

The Coordinator, Event Security provides operational and administrative support to the Safety & Security team and plays a key role in the development and coordination of event security deployments.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety & Security, this role prepares staffing requirements, deployment documentation, event security briefing materials and administrative processes required to support the successful delivery of events.   The Coordinator works closely with the Senior Manager, Safety & Security and other internal teams to ensure security resources are accurately deployed, documented and prepared for each event.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares event security deployments based on approved event requirements, staffing levels and security plans Maintains and prepares deployments and event security documentation for stadium events Coordinates changes to deployments and communicates updates to event security leadership and relevant team members Supports the development of event security plans, accreditation and wristband requirements Prepares requisitions and other administrative documentation related to event security services Supports event time security briefings, communications and distribution of event-specific information Coordinates with Events and other internal teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into event planning Supports the coordination of traffic management requirements Assists with event staff onboarding and training Assists with event reports, incident documentation and post-event debrief materials Maintains security-related electronic files and records Provides administrate support for meetings and presentations Other duties as assigned

  EDUCATION

Training in Business Administration, Event Management, Security or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of experience Experience in event operations, security, administration or a related field Experience preparing deployments or staffing plans is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel and other standard business applications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

  The salary range for this position is $52,678-  $65,847

Offers will be in line with PavCo’s internal pay equity and qualified candidate’s experience and education. Salary discussion and overall compensation package will be presented during initial phone interviews.
