Buckland esta buscando a un Representante de Servicio al cliente (importación)  Horario de Martes a Sábado 7:00am a 4:00pm Objetivo del puesto: Este puesto es responsable de actuar como enlace entre la empresa y los clientes para proporcionar información sobre productos/servicios, responder preguntas y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir en las cuentas de nuestros clientes con precisión y eficiencia.   Ofrecemos:

  Serías responsible por:

Proporcionar el más alto nivel de servicio al cliente a clientes, proveedores y prestadores de servicios, ayudándolos con el despacho de importación/exportación de mercancías, dando seguimiento al estado de los envíos e identificando oportunidades para satisfacer sus necesidades Apoyar en la incorporación y administración de nuevos clientes, incluyendo, entre otros, la configuración de cuentas en el sistema de la empresa, atención de consultas y provisión de soluciones Actuar como enlace entre los departamentos internos de la empresa respecto a la configuración de nuevos clientes potenciales y/o consultas Solicitar y gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con Bonos Continuos y de Transacción Única para nuestra División de Agencia Aduanal en la Frontera Norte de EE. UU., cuando aplique Revisar y preparar órdenes de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente y monitorear el proceso de cumplimiento hasta que la transacción se complete Demostrar habilidades sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita Utilizar herramientas de Microsoft como Excel, Word, Teams y Outlook Demostrar atención meticulosa al detalle para garantizar precisión y una adecuada toma de decisiones Trabajar orientado a resultados en un entorno de ritmo rápido Brindar un soporte excepcional al cliente atendiendo consultas y resolviendo problemas de manera rápida y efectiva

  Lo que necesitamos de ti

Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior o carrera afín. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en agencia aduanal o logística Conocimientos intermedios de MS Office Alto nivel de organización, gestión del tiempo y atención al detalle Experiencia en elaboración de pedimentos complejos Conocimiento de la legislación mexicana en comercio exterior Preferible pero no indispensable, bilingüe en español/inglés
