  • Drive projects with evolving technical artifacts to continuously maintain the current-state ecosystem with EA oversight.
  • Curate an internal knowledge base of capabilities, systems, processes, interdependencies, and underlying design via the EA tool.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Evolve architecture principles, standards, best practices, and enforce through Architecture Review Board and projects.
  • Lead HLD and other solution/technical artifact template maintenance.

  • Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of critical systems.
  • Drive technology innovation by applying security, compliance, and risk management standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proficient with Salesforce, FACETS, ServiceNow, Matillion, Apigee, Snowflake, and data warehousing tools/practices.
  • Experience with data architecture, analytics platforms, and data governance.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to engineering with good diagramming hygiene for mutual understanding.
  • Receptive/adaptive to alternative design approaches presented by engineering, although accountable for the final design.
  • Proficient with best practice software development, integration, and configuration management methodologies and project management office reporting.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and teach modern technologies/processes.
  • Drive cost-efficient, reliability, and scalability design using cloud-native patterns.
  • Maintain a record of implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for inter-level audiences.
  • Influence without authority and deliver consensus.
  • Comfortable in agile or waterfall methodologies.

The extras:

  • Master’s degree in technical discipline such as Information Systems Management, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
