The posting

We are hiring an Associate Business Analyst in Operational Oversight – Compliance at BCBST!

In this role, you will support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting, with a focus on TennCare Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). As a key member of the Operational Oversight – Compliance team, you will monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards, assist with external audits, identify potential issues, and support the development of solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency and resource utilization.

The Associate Business Analyst partners closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support compliance activities, audit reviews, operational reporting, and ongoing process improvement efforts. You will help analyze data, investigate identified issues, recommend process improvements, and support efforts to ensure operational activities align with established contractual and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review, along with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional conduct and auditing credentials are also important for this role, and ECF CHOICES/LTSS experience is preferred.

We foster a culture where innovation is encouraged. That includes using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support everyday work, guided by proven workflows, templates, and policies. As roles become more advanced, we expect employees to leverage AI more broadly to transform how we work, strengthen compliance efforts, and increase operational efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
