PRINCIPAIS REQUISITOS:

  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos e da estratégia de pré vendas, por meio do desdobramento de metas, gestão e acompanhamento dos resultados;
  • Identificar ameaças e oportunidades, fornecendo informações estratégicas para o negócio;
  • Fortalecer a marca, fidelizar clientes e melhorar continuamente o desempelho de pré-vendas;
  • Realizar gestão de pessoas e performance, acompanhando os indicadores de forma diária, semanal e mensal;
  • Desenvolver o time com treinamntos e práticas de gestão (Feedback, 1:1, PDI, OKR).
  • Garantir que todos os leads sejam atendidos e encaminhados para os consultores, como foco na experiência do cliente;
  • Definir e supervisionar a estratégia e a execução do processo de pré-vendas;
  • Liderar projetos de automatização e inovação para área.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino superior completo (Administração, gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas);
  • Experiência com Inside Sales e gestão comercial;
  • Experiência avançada em CRM;
  • Excel intermediário.

  • Inglês intermediário-avançado (B2)
