Regional Sales Representative – Restoration Services

Territory: Wausau, Rhinelander & Door County, Wisconsin

$50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission – $100,000+ Earning Potential

If you know how business gets done in Wausau, Rhinelander, and Door County — who manages the buildings, which contractors people trust, which insurance offices everyone calls — this job puts that knowledge to work.

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to build referral relationships with the people in those communities who deal with property damage, and to be the local face of a company that has served Wisconsin for more than 50 years.

Why This Territory Rewards Local Roots

Water, fire, and storm damage don't follow a sales calendar. When it happens, the property manager, plumber, or insurance agent on the scene usually calls someone they already know.

This role is about being that someone across three markets, by meeting people in person, staying in touch, and showing up when it counts.

Who You'll Work With

Referral partners

• Insurance agents and adjusters

• Plumbers

• HVAC contractors

• General contractors

Property decision-makers

• Property managers

• Facility managers

• Commercial property owners

• Local business leaders and other professional referral partners

What You'll Do

• Drive your territory and introduce K-Tech to new businesses and referral partners

• Meet decision-makers face-to-face and hold discovery and educational meetings

• Attend local networking and industry events

• Follow up consistently with every contact, not just the promising ones

• Track your pipeline and activity in CRM

• Hand off active projects to the operations team and keep partners informed

This is field sales. You'll spend most of your time out in the territory, not at a desk.

Requirements

The Person We're Looking For

Someone who likes being known in their community and is good at earning trust one conversation at a time. You're comfortable walking in cold, you keep your promises, and you follow up without being asked.

What You Need

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience

• Comfort prospecting and meeting new people in person

• The discipline to manage a territory independently

Nice to Have

• Restoration or property damage experience (helpful, but not required; we'll train you on the restoration side)
