Du bist ein erfahrener Payroll\-Profi und möchtest mehr Verantwortung übernehmen? Bei uns kannst du den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führung machen und BSO Payroll aktiv mitgestalten. In unserem BSO Payroll Team in Zürich übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein kleines Team sowie für anspruchsvolle nationale und internationale Payroll\-Mandate. Dabei musst du nicht bereits alles mitbringen: Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine fundierte Payroll\-Erfahrung, dein Qualitätsanspruch und deine Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bewegst du

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein kleines Payroll\-Team und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Mitarbeitenden für eine hohe Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen
  • Du betreust anspruchsvolle nationale und internationale Payroll\-Mandate
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung in Themen wie Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern, grenzüberschreitende Arbeitsverhältnisse oder Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen ein
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei fachlichen Fragestellungen und förderst den Wissensaustausch.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der fachlichen, organisatorischen und digitalen Weiterentwicklung unserer Payroll Services mit
  • Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten und bei der Implementierung neuer Mandate

Damit gelingt es dir

  • Du verfügst über einen Fachausweis Treuhand, HR, oder Sozialversicherungen und hast dich zusätzlich im Bereich Payroll weitergebildet (z.B. CAS Payroll Expert o.ä.)
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Payroll\-Bereich mit, davon idealerweise einige Jahre im Treuhand\- oder Payroll\-Outsourcing als Mandatsleiter
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und fundierte Erfahrung mit Abacus. Digitale Tools und KI setzt du gezielt ein, um Prozesse zu vereinfachen
  • Du überzeugst durch eine klare und differenzierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen
