Hence, our people can expect to grow in a stimulating work environment that supports professional development and fosters inclusivity.What will you do?Being part of the Local Market Advisory team, you will:• Support advisory assignments for local companies and subsidiaries of international groups, including cash flow, reporting, forecast and business planning projects• Prepare, review and enhance cash flow models, budgets, forecasts and management reporting packs• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs that translate financial and operational data into clear performance insights• Leverage financial modelling and technology tools to improve data reliability, automation and decision-making• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenge assumptions and present pragmatic recommendations• Work autonomously in a small and entrepreneurial team, while coordinating with internal specialists when needed This position is for you if:• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field• You possess several years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, controlling, advisory or a similar environment• You have a solid financial and accounting background, strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in business performance• You are comfortable with financial modelling and digital tools such as advanced Excel, Power Query/Power BI, reporting tools and ERP/accounting platforms• You are able to build, review and explain cash flow forecasts, reporting packs, dashboards and KPIs• You are professional, client-oriented and confident in discussions with management and finance teams• You are autonomous, proactive, well-organized and comfortable working in a small team• You are fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish are considered as asset.
