Aandacht kunnen geven aan wat jij echt belangrijk vindt en zo het verschil maken. BDO is de plek waar jij dit samen met jouw collega’s doet. Zo ben jij als Senior Manager Tax Compliance & Reporting de expert met betrekking tot de complexere aangiften Vennootschapsbelasting en Tax Accounting.

Je hebt een belangrijke rol in deze praktijk. Als senior manager combineer je inhoudelijke expertise met regie, klantverantwoordelijkheid en leiderschap. Je stuurt het team aan, maakt en reviewt complexere aangiften en stuurt tax reporting projecten aan. Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten, auditors, de Belastingdienst en andere stakeholders. Je overziet het bredere klantvraagstuk, signaleert proactief adviesmogelijkheden en benut kansen om fiscale processen verder te optimaliseren. Daarnaast review je complexe fiscale posities en tax accounting-vraagstukken en bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van onze dienstverlening.

Met jouw ervaring maak je ook binnen de praktijk het verschil. Je coacht fiscalisten, daagt hen uit om zich verder te ontwikkelen en geeft hen de ruimte om meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met partners en collega’s in binnen- en buitenland en verbind je kennis en expertise over teams en disciplines heen. Zo heb je als senior manager impact op klanten, collega’s én de verdere ontwikkeling van de tax compliance & reporting praktijk.

Maar daarnaast kun je ook werken op een van onze andere kantoren in de regio waaronder Breda, Tilburg, Den Bosch en Maastricht.
