Job Description

ALCANCE

Responsable del correcto funcionamiento de los equipos así como del desarrollo, planeación y ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo que aseguren el funcionamiento optimo de las maquinas y equipos que den soporte al negocio para el logro de los objetivos de producción.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Responsable del desarrollo de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en la maquinaria y equipos de producción, así como el mantenimiento del sistema SAP para estar en cumplimiento con las normas de ISO. Responsable de mantener la eficiencia, productividad y la calidad en la manufactura de los productos para así cumplir con los objetivos del área. Responsable del cumplimiento de los programas de 5S’s, Eliminación del Desperdicio, Kaizen, Calidad, programas de Lean Manufacturing y Mejoramiento Continuo en las áreas de mantenimiento. Responsable del cumplimiento con las Normas Reguladoras de Calidad, Norma Reguladora de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente; las BPM’s, etc. Identificar, desarrollar y mantener dispositivos y guardas de seguridad que permitan la operación de la maquinaria y equipos de producción de una manera segura, evitando riesgos y accidentes de trabajo. Identificar, desarrollar y mantener una lista de refacciones para la maquinaria y equipos de producción, identificando las refacciones criticas para mantenerlas en stock y evitar con esto los tiempos caídos. Monitoreo diario de la maquinaria y equipos de producción para identificar fallas técnicas crónicas y potenciales que den como resultado baja productividad e incremento en los niveles de desperdicio de materiales. Responsable de mantener la comunicación con los supervisores y personal operativo para responder con eficiencia a los programas establecidos por la gerencia y fomentar el trabajo en equipo que de cómo resultado un ambiente agradable de trabajo. Responsable de registrar los tiempos caídos de los equipos utilizando el sistema SAP. Responsable de monitorear y mantener en control los métricos de producción (OEE). Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones y estándares aplicables según lo definido en el manual de calidad, Seguridad y medio ambiente de BD, como lo regulado por el sistema de informática (I.T. Enterprise). Otras actividades que sean requeridas.

EDUCACION:

Carrera técnica en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica, Automatización o equivalente.

EXPERIENCIA:

Programas de Mantenimiento Preventivo y correctivo en equipo Industrial. 3 años de experiencia comprobable en equipo industrial. Lectura de Ingles técnico

CONOCIMIENTOS / HABILIDADES:

Conocimientos Neumáticos – Válvulas: 2 posiciones, 3 posiciones, con Selenoide simple/ Doble, lectura de diagramas neumáticos.

  • Actuadores, Gripers, cilindros simples y Rotativos
  • Succionadores, Sistemas Venturi’s y dispositivos para censado.

SOP’s, Neumatica, Electricidad, Mecánica, Control Lógico, Microsoft Office,

Conocimientos Básicos de Maquinado, Interpretación de Planos, Diagramas Electricos

Y Neumaticos, LOTO y Manejo de Energías Peligrosas.

Alimentadores de Partes (In-Lines y Bowls), Controladores de Bowls, puntos de transición, control de movimientos utilizando sensores (Funcionamiento de señales para la sincronización).

Aptitudes mecánicas para lectura de diagramas, ensambles mecanicos, sistemas de exhaustos, sistemas de dispensados, funcionamientos de componentes mecanicos (indexadores, Berings, tensionadores de Bandas, Amortiguadores mecanicos.

Principios de PLC- Conocimiento básico de entradas, Salidas y Timers.

Análisis de fallas Eléctricas, Mecánicas, neumáticas, relevadores de seguridad y de control
