  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast business, and drive disciplined execution.
  • Conduct business reviews with management and provide accurate sales forecasts and territory updates.
  • Analyze account performance and implement action plans to address declining sales or maximize growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support to customers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.

  • Urology, Endourology, operating room, capital equipment, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders within complex healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, IDN structures, value analysis committees, and physician decision-making dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Strong business planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and business planning tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
