Integrated Diagnostics Solutions (IDS)

Al alinear y simplificar nuestro trabajo, nuestra unidad de negocio Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) tiene como objetivo impulsar el crecimiento y la innovación en todo, desde la gestión integrada de muestras hasta las soluciones de diagnóstico.

Especialista de precios

Responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de precios que maximicen la rentabilidad y competitividad de los portafolios del área de Diagnóstico en México Hub, incluyendo Molecular y Point of Care, Salud de la Mujer y Microbiología. Analiza tendencias de mercado, escenarios financieros, estructuras de costos y elasticidades de demanda para recomendar decisiones de pricing que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio y se alineen con la estrategia regional de GP. Actúa como punto de referencia para los gerentes de producto y el área de finanzas en la toma de decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con precios.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de precios por segmento, canal y tipo de cliente, alineadas con los objetivos comerciales y financieros del negocio.
  • Desarrollar análisis financieros, modelos de rentabilidad y escenarios de pricing para soportar decisiones de negocio, licitaciones, negociaciones estratégicas, modelos de renta y lanzamientos de productos.
  • Evaluar oportunidades de mercado mediante análisis de sensibilidad de precios, puntos de equilibrio, rentabilidad y comportamiento competitivo.
  • Monitorear márgenes, rentabilidad y desempeño de precios por producto, segmento y canal, identificando oportunidades de optimización y acciones correctivas.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizadas las listas de precios, descuentos, condiciones comerciales y bases de datos oficiales de pricing.
  • Elaborar dashboards, reportes e indicadores de desempeño utilizando herramientas analíticas para facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de precios y condiciones comerciales.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con áreas comerciales, producto, finanzas y otras funciones clave para la validación de propuestas económicas, construcción de presupuestos y desarrollo de herramientas de análisis financiero.
  • Identificar, comunicar y escalar riesgos comerciales o financieros, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de las solicitudes hasta su cierre.
  • Monitorear tendencias de mercado, movimientos de la competencia y cambios regulatorios que puedan impactar la estrategia de precios.

Requisitos

  • Residir actualmente en la Ciudad de México.
  • Licenciatura concluida en Finanzas, Administración, Negocios, Contabilidad, Actuaría, Economía o carreras afines (título universitario indispensable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones relacionadas con pricing, análisis financiero, inteligencia de negocios o manejo de estrategias de precios.
  • Experiencia en análisis de precios, rentabilidad, descuentos, costos, volúmenes, márgenes y construcción de escenarios financieros.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel (indispensable y comprobable) y experiencia en Power BI.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas como SAP, CPQ, Salesforce u otros CRM (deseable).
  • Inglés intermedio para interacción ocasional con equipos globales y consulta de información corporativa.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo un esquema híbrido en nuestro corporativo ubicado en Lomas de Chapultepec.
  • Competencias: alta capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico, orientación a resultados, accountability, proactividad, iniciativa, capacidad de priorización, sentido de urgencia, atención al detalle, habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva, trabajo colaborativo, gestión de relaciones interfuncionales y capacidad para identificar, comunicar y escalar riesgos de manera efectiva.
