* 輸液、ケア、メンテナンス製品ポートフォリオのマーケティング戦略を立案、実行、および管理する。 * 市場調査、競合分析、顧客セグメンテーションを実施し、新たな市場機会を特定する。 * 製品ライフサイクル全体にわたるマーケティング活動（製品ローンチ、プロモーション、販売支援ツール作成など）を主導する。 * 営業チームと密接に連携し、販売目標達成のための戦略的サポートを提供する。 * 社内外のステークホルダー（製品開発、メディカルアフェアーズ、サプライチェーン、広告代理店など）と協力し、マーケティングプロジェクトを推進する。 * マーケティングキャンペーンの効果を測定・分析し、ROIを最適化するための改善策を提案・実行する。 * 主要なオピニオンリーダー（KOL）との関係を構築し、製品の普及を促進する。 * 関連する規制要件および会社のポリシーを遵守する。

応募資格

* 医療機器業界での5年以上のマーケティング経験、特に輸液、ケア、またはメンテナンス製品の経験は尚可。 * マーケティング戦略の策定、実行、および効果測定の実績。 * 市場調査、データ分析、および戦略的思考能力。 * 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力（日本語および英語）。 * チームプレイヤーであり、多様な関係者と協力して目標を達成できる能力。 * プロジェクト管理能力と複数のタスクを同時に遂行できる能力。 * 学士号以上（マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野）。 * Microsoft Office Suite（PowerPoint, Excel, Word）の熟練した使用経験。
