Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFazer onboarding de novos clientes e acompanhamento de carteira;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes, analisando situações e propondo soluções;Apoiar na identificação de necessidades, oportunidades de melhoria e riscos na experiência do cliente;Apoiar estratégias de retenção, adoção e expansão de contas;Realizar treinamentos e orientações sobre utilização das soluções;Registrar interações, acompanhamentos e planos de ação no CRM (utilizamos o HubSpot);Realizar agendas de acompanhamento e revisão de negócios com os clientes;Realizar follow-ups sobre andamento de projetos, entregas e próximos passos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando;Vivência sólida com atendimento de clientes B2B;Experiência sólida em Jornada do Cliente;Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel (filtros, funções de soma e contagem, concatenação, classificação de registros e uso básico do software);Conhecimentos intermediário em Powerpoint;Conhecimento com CRM;Excelente capacidade de organização.DIFERENCIAISConhecimento com Hubspot;Conhecimento em ferramentas de Due Diligence e Canal de Denúncias;Inglês ou espanhol fluentes.
