The posting

Als Voorbereider in de productieafdeling bij Nikita (een vestiging van Be Food) in Herk de Stad heb je een gevarieerde job met veel verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze salades allemaal correct en tijdig verwerkt worden door de grondstoffen gebruiksklaar in de kar te stoppen.
  • In teamverband, aangestuurd door een verantwoordelijke, worden de salades gemaakt op basis van receptuur en juiste procedures. We zoeken dus een teamplayer!
  • Jouw taken worden dagelijks bepaald door de organisator. Dit gaat van het openen van blikken, over uitpakken van tonijn, tot snijden van surimi en vlees.
  • Jouw zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en nauwkeurigheid is groot: je waakt mee over de HACCP’s van jouw zone.
  • Je werkt van maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 5u30 tot 14u00 of van 7u00 tot 15u30. Op vrijdagen start je ofwel om 5u45 tot 12u00 of van 6u30 tot 12u45. Altijd een extra lang weekend dus! 😉
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt en leest goed Nederlands en/of Engels. We moeten vlot met jou kunnen communiceren én jij moet in staat zijn om vlot informatie door te geven aan jouw collega’s waarmee je samenwerkt aan jouw lijn. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega’s op elkaar rekenen: jij bent dus ook een teamplayer die beseft dat 1+1=3 .
  • Belangrijkste voorwaarde, naast de taal? Je bent gemotiveerd en je hebt een goede dosis gezond verstand/inzicht om nieuwe dingen aan te leren.
  • Fysiek zwaar werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit: je werkt in een voedingsbedrijf en uiteraard is voedselveiligheid enorm belangrijk.
  • Je bent zelf ook netjes en verzorgd: wij kunnen geen overdadige make-up, zichtbare piercings etc… toelaten in onze productie.
  • Je vindt het niet erg om in een koude omgeving te werken (7-15°C)
  • Je ziet werk, bent hands-on en je hebt zin om door te groeien naar bediener van snij- en mengmachines.
