Gestão do time comercial

  • Assumir a liderança da equipe de vendedores externos
  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e capacitar continuamente o time comercial
  • Realizar reuniões individuais e coletivas de acompanhamento
  • Definir metas, indicadores e planos de ação junto à diretoria
  • Acompanhar negociações estratégicas e apoiar o fechamento de grandes oportunidades
  • Promover uma cultura de alta performance, responsabilidade e resultado

Formação e desenvolvimento de pessoas

  • integração de novos vendedores
  • Criar um processo contínuo de treinamento comercial
  • Desenvolver habilidades de negociação, prospecção e relacionamento da equipe
  • Realizar feedbacks frequentes e construir planos de desenvolvimento individuais
  • Identificar talentos e preparar futuras lideranças comerciais

Gestão comercial

  • Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, conversão e rentabilidade
  • Analisar oportunidades de mercado e propor estratégias de crescimento
  • Apoiar a definição de territórios, carteira de clientes e prioridades comerciais
  • Garantir organização dos processos comerciais e utilização das ferramentas da empresa
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Marketing, Engenharia e Diretoria para fortalecer a estratégia comercial

Gestão e padrão

  • Estruturar processos, rotinas e indicadores da área comercial
  • Padronizar a forma de atuação da equipe de vendas
  • Garantir previsibilidade comercial através do acompanhamento constante do funil de vendas
  • Construir uma cultura de disciplina comercial baseada em dados, planejamento e execução

📌 Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência sólida em liderança de equipes comerciais externas
  • Experiência com gestão por indicadores e metas
  • Domínio prático de orçamento, cronograma e medição
  • CNH B e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes

Desejáveis

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas B2B
  • Conhecimento em CRM
  • Experiência na estruturação de processos comerciais
