Senior Recruiter, Boston Corporate Office - Boston, MA Hybrid/Remote Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. This role requires expertise in Talent Acquisition strategy, sourcing, interviewing techniques, and employment practices, along with a strong understanding of organizational structure, company operations, and federal and state employment laws. Responsibilities:
Manage a full-cycle recruitment process and requisition load across multiple business functions and geographic regions. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools. Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social recruiting platforms, and other recruiting tools. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and establish recruiting priorities. Ensure hiring managers and interview teams are prepared and interviews are conducted professionally and efficiently. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and skill levels. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the offer process, including compensation recommendations, offer generation, negotiations, and acceptance/declines. Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters and Talent Acquisition team members when needed. Support recruiting operations, including reporting, background checks, and vendor relationships. Serve as a point of contact for Talent Acquisition vendors and recruiting partners. Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Property Management or a related industry. High volume recruiting experience highly desired. Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices, industry trends, candidate pipelines, and recruiting strategies. Proven sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Dayforce experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Flexibility to support recruiting efforts across a multi-state portfolio.

Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 annual salary Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
