What You'll Do

As a Non-CDL Driver, you'll play an important role in supporting our passengers and community by:

• Safely transporting passengers to and from scheduled destinations
• Following a daily route manifest to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Assisting passengers as needed with courtesy and respect
• Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Building positive relationships with passengers, families, and support staff
• Maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment

To qualify, you must:

• Be 25 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Have a safe driving record
• Successfully pass a DOT physical and drug screening
• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
