该职位将常驻 Bear Robotics 主要制造合作伙伴——万利达（Wanlida）厦门/漳州工厂，作为韩国总部与中国制造现场之间的重要桥梁。

您将负责制造现场管理、生产协调、供应链沟通及问题解决，确保产品质量、生产效率及项目顺利推进。

主要职责

制造合作伙伴管理（CM Management）

  • 监控工厂生产计划、产能、良率、交付周期等关键指标
  • 定期向韩国总部汇报生产运营情况
  • 跟踪制造项目执行进度

生产现场协调

  • 快速响应生产异常、质量问题及设备异常
  • 协调工厂相关部门推动问题解决
  • 推动改善措施落地

跨部门沟通

  • 与韩国总部 Engineering、PE、QA/QC、SCM、采购等团队保持紧密合作
  • 协调总部要求在工厂落地执行
  • 支持跨部门项目推进

供应链支持

  • 与中国供应商保持日常沟通
  • 跟踪物料供应状况
  • 协助寻找及审核新的供应商

韩中沟通协调

  • 支持韩国总部与中国工厂之间的日常沟通
  • 协助技术会议及项目会议
  • 确保双方沟通准确、高效

任职要求

语言能力

  • 中文：母语水平
  • 韩语：商务水平（能够与韩国总部日常沟通）
  • 英语能够阅读邮件及技术文件者优先

工作经验

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 5 年以上制造业相关经验
  • 有以下任一经验优先： 制造管理 生产管理 品质管理 供应商管理（Supplier Quality） SCM NPI 项目管理（PM）

专业能力

  • 熟悉制造流程（SOP）
  • 能够理解图纸及品质标准
  • 具备现场问题分析及解决能力

工作地点

  • 可长期驻厂于福建省厦门/漳州

优先条件

  • 有机器人、消费电子、汽车零部件等制造行业经验
  • 有 EMS / ODM / OEM 工厂合作经验
  • 熟悉中国供应链及制造环境
  • 有韩国企业工作经验者优先
  • 有跨国团队协作经验者优先
