Wir suchen laufend die besten Köpfe für unsere spannenden nationalen und internationalen Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption durchgängiger End-to-End-Lösungen und Software-Services im agilen Team nach Scrum oder Kanban
  • Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Auslieferung und Wartung
  • Entwicklung passender Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team und unseren Architekt:innen
  • Einsatz moderner AI-Tools für Entwicklung, Dokumentation, Testing und Analyse
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung moderner Web-Frontends, APIs und Business-Komponenten
  • Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Umsetzung sowie transparente Kommunikation der Ergebnisse an den Product Owner
  • Anwendung von Clean Code, Test-Driven Development und Continuous Integration zur Sicherung der Softwarequalität

Damit punktest Du bei uns:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Technologien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Java, Kotlin oder Java EE sowie Verständnis für TypeScript und Angular oder React
  • Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken und der Entwicklung von REST-Schnittstellen
  • Praxis mit AI-Coding-Tools wie GitHub Copilot, Cursor oder Claude Code
  • Grundverständnis von Prompt Engineering und modernen AI-Agenten-Konzepten
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien wie Azure und AWS sowie im Umgang mit Kubernetes
  • Begeisterung für Technologie, eine proaktive Arbeitsweise und ein kundenorientiertes Mindset
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du hast bei uns die Möglichkeit, basierend auf Deiner individuellen Leistung aktiv dein Gehalt zu beeinflussen. Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.954,- brutto pro Monat. Gerne sind wir bereit je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ein höheres Gehalt anzubieten.
