Deine Aufgaben

Gestalte mit uns innovative Projekte und Produkte entlang Digitalisierungsthemen im Bau und Infrastrukturmanagement. Bei BearingPoint arbeitest du in einem interdisziplinären Team an der Schnittstelle von Fachlichkeit und Technologie – von Requirements Engineering über agile Entwicklung bis hin zu digitalen Lösungen im Kontext von BIM, CAD und modernen Applikationsarchitekturen.

Consulting. Solutions. Ventures.

  • Entwurf, Entwicklung und Einsatz kundenspezifischer Lösungen in der Systemlandschaft von Kundenunternehmen
  • Erheben und Übersetzen von geschäftlichen Anwendungsfällen und Anforderungen in technische Anforderungen für die Entwicklung und Implementierung
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Ableitung von Anforderungen für die Lösungskonzeption sowie Business Case Betrachtung
  • Weiterentwicklung des generativen KI-Serviceportfolios von BearingPoint
  • Implementierung zukunftsweisender Plattformen und Lösungen im Bereich Digitales Bauen
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Durchführung von agiler Entwicklung und Implementierungen
  • Projekte vom Konzept bis zum Training und Go-Live. Managen deiner Arbeitspakete, Unterstützen im Pre-Sales und enger Kundenaustausch
  • Einbringung eigener Ideen und persönlicher Stärken zur aktiven Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Mathematik oder Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an der IT‑Produktentwicklung über den gesamten Software‑Development‑Lifecycle (SDLC), z.B. in Rollen wie Requirements Engineer, technischer Business Analyst oder PO‑Proxy
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit agile Methoden nach Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich digitales Bauen, BIM oder CAD
  • Erfahrung mit Scripting sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Applikationsarchitekturen (z.B. APIs, Frontend/Backend) von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, KI-Tools effektiv zur Produktivitätssteigerung und Lösungsentwicklung einzusetzen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands‑on‑Mentalität
  • Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse sowie den daraus entstehenden Mehrwert für Kunden überzeugend und wirkungsvoll schriftlich wie mündlich zu kommunizieren
