Our proficiency in Salesforce helps us improve customer relationships with innovative strategies. We leverage data tools like PowerBI for insightful analytics and excel in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to provide secure and scalable solutions. Additionally, our team develops integrated mobile front-end and back-end applications, ensuring user-friendly mobile access to ERP and CRM systems.

BearingPoint is working on building its ServiceNow offering and portfolio in multiple countries. The team involved in business development is a multicultural team based in different locations around Romania and Germany and they are looking to grow their internal consultant teams with experienced professionals who can help with knowledge, internal trainings and client proposals on the business side as well as technical input in project related activities.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

  • Responsible for designing, testing, implementing and support ServiceNow systems.
  • Administer, maintain, and support the existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Implements new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application for adapting them to the customers’ business needs.
  • Works closely with business analysts and vendors/customers to gather requirements in order to ensure the customer’s business needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Prepares and modifies technical documentation and requirements during the different phases of the project.
  • Researches, evaluates, and recommends third party integration and applications as appropriate.
  • Reports on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.
  • Train internal and external resources as per project/BearingPoint needs.

We are looking for:

  • Diploma in computer science or information technology or a comparable degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting/implementation experience in ServiceNow.
  • At least one active ServiceNow certification: Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, etc.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written both in English and in German.
  • Interaction with the customer on different levels: business, sales, service, tech.
  • Work experience in multicultural environments.
  • EU citizenship (or Permanent residency in the Czech Republic) as well as already living in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have:

  • ITIL Foundations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
