Our Consulting team at BearingPoint is dedicated to optimizing client business operations through Microsoft-centric business platforms and cloud technologies. With deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications—including Dynamics 365 (including Dynamics 365 Business Central), Power Platform, and the broader BizApps ecosystem—we help organizations streamline finance, operations, supply chain, and customer engagement processes while enabling data-driven decision-making.

We leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and embed AI-driven insights directly into daily workflows, empowering users across business functions. Our strong capabilities in the Modern Workplace—spanning Microsoft 365, Teams, and collaboration solutions—enable seamless communication, efficient work patterns, and an improved employee experience.

Data and analytics are central to our approach, with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services delivering actionable insights at scale. On the cloud side, we design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure, embedding security by design through Microsoft Security technologies such as Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.

In addition, our team develops integrated front-end and back-end applications using the Power Platform and Azure services, ensuring intuitive, mobile-friendly access to business applications and end-to-end process integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, strong consulting skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for clients;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities;
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Microsoft 365 Copilot;
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 Copilot;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously improve your knowledge and skills;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities related to Microsoft 365 Copilot;
  • Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;
  • Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

We are looking for:

  • You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or a similar field;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft technologies;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Open to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on-site optimally;
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Azure, and related technologies;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Microsoft 365 projects;
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies;
  • Microsoft Copilot knowledge and training attendance;
  • Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft 365 Solutions;
  • Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as OnPremise Services, Dynamics 365, and application architecture is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies;
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;
  • Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
